Ron is the founder of Inheritance Financial Solutions and in his role, he oversees the firm and works directly with clients. Ron found his way into the financial sector shortly after honorably serving in the Marine Corps. He worked in an operational capacity overseeing business processes at Lincoln Financial Group within the Retirement Plan Services space. Over time, Ron decided to make the leap to getting in front of clients. He began his career at New York Life in 2016 and quickly rose to being a leading advisor in the state of Indiana. Ron was ranked within the top 50 in the United States when he transitioned from New York Life into Independent practice. He is a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 Top of the Table) which has strict qualification standards representing 1% of global advisors and is a Premiere Association of Financial Professionals.
Ron has always been a problem solver and a people person, so his role fits him perfectly. Additionally, he enjoys supporting his community by organizing events to support local non-profit organizations. He is always educating himself on the market and current trends and stays on the cutting edge of strategies for his clients. Ron is motivated by helping others and is seeking to fill the financial education gap he sees too many families face.
Ron specializes in estate planning, retirement planning, and wealth accumulation. Most of his clients are not only planning for their own wealth, but they are planning for generations to come. He enjoys working with them for the long-term and watching them grow as they develop good financial habits. Each individualized plan is custom-made for each client and Ron enjoys that no two strategies are alike. Furthermore, he helps review legal estate planning documents to ensure that they are thorough and up-to-date.
Ron grew up in Fort Wayne and still lives near downtown because he loves the community and where he came from. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Katie, and their sons, Abel and Enzo. He loves telling his son that he gets to help people for a living and echoes this mission every day. In addition to spending time with family, Ron enjoys to golf and fish.
